Returns and exchanges?

Since Kargaroo offers brokerage services for new products does not hold actual inventory, the ordered products can be returned or exchanged. You must make sure that the product you order fulfills all the criteria you are looking for (color, size, etc.). Before completing your order. Kargaroo will only exchange or accept returns on a product that does not fit the description of the product you have provided with your ordered.

How to see the products?

If you register on our intranet site with your username and password, you will have access to our full range of products available. The prices and the possibility of placing your order online are offered.

How to get a username and a password?

If you were not assigned a pre-approved user code and password, you must apply by filling out the membership form, which is provided below the box on the registration page of welcome to our website. Once your identity is valid has been validated, we will forward your LOGIN CODE and PASSWORD via email.

Delivery time frame.

All products ordered via our website will be delivered with in 7 to 14 open days from the moment the order is placed to the concerned supplier,distributor, or manufacturer. Your order will be proccessed in a delay of 48Hrs from the moment you have placed it on our website. If the product is short of supply (Back Order) and delivery will exeed 14 open days, Kargaroo will contact the client to offer a withdraw of the order. If client keeps his order, he is obliged to complete the purchase when the product arrives.

How to make the payment orders?

If you are a member, you can pay by credit card directly from our site. If you wish to pay by check, it must be certified or a period of 7 days is required to guarantee payment of the product before delivery. It is also payable in cash upon delivery.

How are they delivered the product?

Delivery charges can be applied in some cases. These costs will be clearly indicated in your order. The products are delivered directly to your home or workplace. Other delivery can be made in some cases. A sales agent will contact you before delivery.

What currency is used during the transaction?

Every transaction made on Kargaroo are in Canadian Dollars.

All Site Materials are copyrights, trademarks, and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Kargaroo and its subsidiaries and/or affiliates. The Site as a whole is protected by copyright.

We may terminate this license and your use of or access to the Site if you make or permit any unauthorized use of this Site. Such actions by you may violate applicable law including, without limitation, copyright laws, trademark laws (including trade dress), and communications regulations and statutes. We reserve the right to have all violators prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
PASSWORDS AND SECURITY

If you use a password to access this Site or any portion of it, then you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur on your account or with your password. Kargaroo' COMMUNICATIONS TO YOU

Return policy and limited guarantee against defects

Every third party product you buy from Kargaroo is backed first by the product manufacturer's warranty. Kargaroo's 30 day limited warranty against defects, may also apply. Kargaroo's 30 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or Kargaroo. Leased merchandise is not eligible for this warranty. Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software once a package has been opened. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only according to Kargaroo's limited 30 day warranty described above. Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacturer or Kargaroo will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 30 days of ownership only. After 30 days the product manufacturer warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. Kargaroo will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please call 800-800-8300. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all disks, registration cards, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an RA number issued by Kargaroo or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL Kargaroo BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR THE MATERIALS CONTAINED IN, OR ACCESSED THROUGH, THIS SITE.

APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement and any transaction entered into through the Site shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec . Regardless of where you access this Site, you agree that any action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any transaction entered into through the Site shall be filed and adjudicated in the courts of Quebec (Judicial District of Montreal), and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of the Agreement.
